Christmas Grrrl
So the family is on their way home; Becky and Jerry to Saskatoon, the folks to New Hope, & Andy back to Brooklyn. It was a great visit, full of drama and suspense, action and inaction, hugs and insults. How can one ask for more?!? It was nice to have everyone under one roof - we haven't all been together in about 2 years. And even though I am know throughout the world as "Monica, the Party Nazi" (from Friends - "crummies" and all that...), I think (hope) that everybody had a good time. hi! so anyway i was having coffee with laura reagan last tuesday and somehow it came up that she'd heard that rachel was in south africa. and i couldn't believe it. but i asked her to send me the link to chris and rachel's blog and she did. and i clicked from their blog onto your blog!

i'm still in atlanta. i graduated from tech then worked a year for my campus ministry. now i'm working part time for a small church in roswell with the youth group... mostly i hang out with and do bible study with the 11 girls in the group. i also work 3 mornings a week at a starbucks for supplemental income... but it's fun. very different work environments but i love it. starbucks is actually stressfull...
i've been dating this guy named rob for like a year and half. he's a grad student at tech. i think you and tim would like him. his dad was a seminary professor at erskine college in south carolina. he's fun, i like him a lot. he wants to work doing humanitarian construction (bridges and the like) in developing countries.
jessica's married... did you know that? she and her husband are in waco, texas. she graduates in may from grad school at baylor. they're going to move back to cartesville next august.
and mom's good. still in savannah. still at savannah christian and loving it.
anyway just saying hey really. you're so fun. loved your christmas photos!!
