Our Trip...
I finished uploading the Niagara pictures onto Flickr today. I'll try to blog about them tomorrow if Blogger will cooperate. Speaking of which, I am in the market for new hosts! If you all know of another platform, other than Blogger, that works famously - let me know! Also, if anyone knows how to make the switch over seemlessly, your help would be much appreciated! (I may even bake you cookies!) Blogger causes me way too much anxiety!

You could always go to Wordpress.com and start one there -- thing is, you can't tweak the platform as much there unless you switch to your own domain name. And even then, WP has outages. Once Jerry's site completely disappeared for a whole day!
While Blogger may have it's bugs, it's at least an easy to work with system. (IMHO)
Good luck switching, though! I wouldn't mind having categories for my posts -- but then I'd be obsessive enough to go back and catalog all 4000 posts of mine. And that's crazy talk.
I don't have any suggestions about the blog host... i use wordpress.org... but there are soo many limitations to the free hosted one that it depends I guess. You can't have java or pretty much any kind of plug-in... and you can't have your own template. Wordpress would be fun if you can get someone to host it for you.
I'm looking forward to hear about your trip!!!
